  • Color: Golden yellow to dark brown (depends on processing)
  • Form: Solid blocks, powder, or liquid
  • Taste: Sweet with a slight caramel/molasses flavor
  • Moisture Content: ≤ 6% (Solid)
  • Sucrose Content: 65% – 85%
  • Reducing Sugars (Glucose & Fructose): 10% – 20%
  • Ash Content: ≤ 3%
  • Insoluble Impurities: ≤ 0.5%
  • pH Level: 5.5 – 6.5
