- Form: Granulated, crystalline, or powdered

- ICUMSA (Color Units): 45 – 150 (Higher ICUMSA = less refined)
2. Types of Refined Sugar:
- ICUMSA 45 – Highest quality, pure white, used in food & beverages
- ICUMSA 100-150 – Slightly less refined, used in confectionery & bakery

- Fine Sugar: 0.2mm – 0.5mm (for baking & quick dissolving)
