  • Purity: ≥ 95% (Typical: 98-99%)

  • Aluminium Content: ~22-24%

  • Hydrocarbon Content: Balance (Ethane, Higher Alkanes)

  • Impurities:

    • Trialkylaluminium Halides: ≤ 0.05%

    • Heavy Metals (Fe, Ni, etc.): ≤ 10 ppm

Packaging & Storage

  • Packaging: Supplied in steel cylinders or drums under inert gas (nitrogen/argon)

  • Storage: Must be stored under an inert atmosphere, away from moisture and oxidizers

  • Handling: Requires specialized equipment; highly reactive and pyrophoric
